The men were in action at Little Hay this week as they held their first medal competition of the year.
After an impressive level of competition, Nick Pinnock’s 66 was enough to hand him the Division One prize.
He finished three shots clear of runner-up Mick Whelan, while Richard Robinson was a further shot back in third.
On Division Two, Steve Sibbit emerged victorious with a score of 65. Chris Harper’s 68 was good enough for second, and Glen Mason took third with 69.
Elsewhere, the Winter League entered its fifth round on Sunday – in frosty conditions – and despite the drop in temperature, the competition is really starting to hot up.
The best score of the day was 42 stableford points by Andy Sexton and Alison Sexton, who now lie in 10th position.
At the top of the leaderboard, the positions were unchanged but just one point now separates the top three with four rounds to play.
Mick Whelan and Gary Whelan currently lead the way on 211 points, while Steve Pinnock and Keith Muir are second on 210 points
Third-placed pair Phil Chester and Phil Burgess have also accumulated a score of 210 so far.
In other action, the senior men and the ladies held a combined greensome which was won by Linda Cusick and John Ridgewell with 44 points.
