Dog microchipping surgeries are being held to promote responsible pet ownership.
They are every Tuesday from 10am to 11am at Hemel Hempstead’s Civic Centre in Marlowes. Dog warden Sarah Lewis said: “The microchip can help dog wardens and vets to trace you and reunite you with your dog.”
Microchipping, which is compulsory and free for council tenant dog owners, costs £10 for other householders. Call 01442 228418 to find out more.
