A 16-year-old former student of a Tring school is now the last girl left on TV talent show The X Factor – and she’s still wowing its judges.
Ella Henderson sang Tinie Tempah’s Written In The Stars on Saturday’s show, prompting Gary Barlow to say: “I wrote one thing on my piece of paper here – ‘wow’.”
Fellow judge Louis Walsh praised the former Tring Park School of the Performing Arts pupil, but said she didn’t have to try to be so ‘urban’.
Tulisa Contostavlos also praised her, but ex-Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger said although she was great, she could have held some of her notes for longer.
She won the public’s vote to stay on the show for another week.
