London Colney 2
 Berkhamsted 2

Berkhamsted made it five games unbeaten at the start of the season with a hard-earned draw at London Colney.

The Comrades were forced to battle back from behind once again, with Lawrence Bunker converting a penalty with 10 minutes left to play to preserve his side’s unbeaten start to the campaign.

Berko had started the game brightly, and they took the lead courtesy of a well-taken goal from Dan Griggs.

The home side responded well, however, and got back on level terms through a speculative Dave Kenleyside free-kick.

And Colney took the lead early in the second half as Matt Sutton fired home to put his side 2-1 up.

Comrades manager Mick Vipond shuffled his pack as he tried to force an equaliser, and it duly arrived with 10 minutes left on the clock.

Dale Sears was pushed in the back, and Bunker calmly dispatched the spot-kick to earn his side a share of the spoils.
